Today's style inspiration ~ Kerry Washington in Lanvin

Kerry Washington wore this gorgeous and timeless piece to ELLE and Tod's celebrate Kerry Washington, which was a while ago; but then again, that's what makes it a timeless piece! She looked so chic and classy, feminine, and very happy.

Style tips; 

Sometimes wearing a beautiful slightly loose fitting dress like this is a real confidence booster because you are able to see yourself looking beautiful and feminine even when you're not wearing a form-fitting dress. Its like a little sneak preview into all you can be if you just believe in yourself.

Also, the fact that the dress is monotoned and satin, flatters the body and makes up for an even better and evolved appeal than you would have gotten from a form-fitted dress (which is the usual case).

A form-fitted dress of this style and lenght(which I love) will also be nice, but it would be nice to opt for something relaxing and refreshing ~ which is something Kerry Washington knows how to do pretty well.
